Nick and the team were fabulous! Early morning start and finished by end of the day. Efficient, professional, courteous, and thorough. I really appreciated the care given to ensure the gardens and plants around the house were not damaged, and the clean-up was excellent (always a positive sign of a good company when they ensure the place is left "as it was" or even better. The quote was very fair and once the weather aligned with the team, getting the project completed was a breeze. Thank you Nick and crew for your outstanding work!

Smith Roofing replaced the roof on my ranch style home today. I had no idea that this tough job could be done with such speed and efficiency. The substantial crew and many modern trucks arrived early in the morning and they were done just three hours later. It seemed like the team worked in perfect harmony, each person performing their specific tasks. Aiden, the job site Foreman, did a fantastic job. He greeted me upon arrival and talked with me upon completion. He remembered and implemented several details specific to my job. The plants and nearby tree were carefully protected with tarps and afterwards any debris was picked up. I appreciated my initial contact with Chris Schick for the roofing proposal. He was quick to respond to my questions and explained the process in a professional and friendly way. Dawn in the office was nice to talk to as well with administrative things like scheduling. The gutters will be replaced next by a different crew. Overall, it was a rewarding experience and the roof looks really great!
Response from the owner:Dear Cathie, thank you for your kind words and for choosing Smith Roofing and Exteriors. We're pleased to hear you had a positive experience with our team. Aiden, Chris, and Dawn will be thrilled to know their efforts were appreciated. We look forward to continuing to serve you with your gutter replacement.

Smith Roofing was great to work with for our roof replacement and siding upgrades! Nick was awesome at helping us understand which products would work best for the look and quality we wanted. The installation crews were on time, very professional and did great work. Since completion we’ve received a ton of compliments from our neighbors. The best part is that the pricing was very fair. We had quotes from other companies and Smith Roofing gave us the best overall value. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend!

Smith Roofing and Exteriors LLC is money well worth spending. All employees, (in office and on site) are very informative and courteous. They answer every question and explain in detail what to expect. The team worked so fast, we thought they would be here most of the day, but to our surprise they were done in two and a half hours. They left our property clean and debris free. I would highly recommend Smith Roofing to everyone I know.

Working with Nicholas and Shane has been an amazing experience from start to finish. When I reached out to them for a quote, they responded almost immediately where others took weeks. They came out to my house the SAME day and inspected my roof. I was provided a quote with multiple options that were easy to understand. Pricing was more than reasonable, and they even offered to provide extra services that we were not expecting but happily accepted. Their efficiency is mind blowing to say the least. They arrived at our house by 7 am and spent the whole day working safely and efficiently to get our roof done same day, even with unexpected difficulties where they had to completely replace all of our wood decking underneath the old shingles. Would recommend to anyone local that needs a new roof, repairs, or even just a quote!
Response from the owner:Thank you for such an amazing review! We really appreciate you trusting us with your home and roof replacement. I’m happy to hear everything went so well from beginning all the way through the install. We’ve very proud of the efficiency and work from our crew throughout the project. I had a leak in my roof and couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. I contacted Smith Roofing and was really impressed from the start. The gentleman who came out was very nice, friendly and professional. He even text before arriving which I really appreciated. He was able to find the problem and the company came back within the week to fix it. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite, and professional, and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs work done. It was such a positive experience.

I appreciate Chris' roof inspection at my residence. He arrived
exactly on time, went about his business, and even swept leaves away from in back of the chimney and off the small flat roof. Now, THAT is service! The BEST of all? Chris was honest: "Your roof is still in good condition; no hail damage." KUDOS to Chris.
