Helped us with review of our roof for our insurance company. They were quick to respond, extremely friendly and thorough, and very helpful with all of our questions. 100% recommend and we will be using this company for any future roofing needs for our house.

Smith Roofing has done two roofs for me in the last 5 months. One on a house we sold and one on the house we purchased. Good communication and responsive. Got the new house roof done right before the new year. Pleased it was done before it was too cold and snowy.

We had a leak in our roof, and tried to get things accomplished through our insurance company, and it was a mess. Finally, I reached out to Smith Roofing to come take a look at it, and he was so honest and up front about how it goes—it’s what I expect and love with a true well run business. They document everything, and it was just so refreshing to just work with someone who can get the job completed not only efficiently, but correctly. Felt very good in their hands. Will use them again for our boathouse.

I was extremely satisfied with the overall work and effort that went into replacing the shingles, plywood and face boards on my 142 yr old barn. Nicholas was there overseeing the job and addressed a few concerns I had right away and my barn looks amazing! The crew stayed and finished in 1 day. I was throughly impressed that there was NO remnants left on the ground or any sign that they were even there after they were done except my nice NEW roof!

Small roof job for Matt, his dad & crew, but wow huge improvement for me. Rubber roof & flashing over dated aluminum modular addition on the back of my historical house (1908) + Juliet balcony; added replacement glass skylights (old ones were plexiglass with plexi covers). Big improvement; so quiet when it rains & much better light. Also real gutter. Amazing improvement, thank you truly !!

I had a major leak in my salon roof, Razors Edge in Sharon WI, and Nicolas was quick to get there, remove the flat roof and replace with new wood and rubber. A few months later I had him back to do the gable side in metal with lots of new wood. There was an issue after he was done and he was quick to back and resolve it. So pleased with the quality and knowing that it will last for years to come! Look forward to using Smith Roofing for future projects

Matt and his team replaced our roof before selling our house this fall. He came out to meet with us about our project and was able to work around some time constraints we had. Matt is very upfront and professional. His team also did a great job on the roof. Would definitely recommend them for any roof project!

Nicholas and his crew were amazing. Got our new roof in Burlington in Shiloh Hills. The roofers were very efficient and were done by noon on a Saturday. The job site was cleaned up and was in the same shape when they started. Hard working men that had our new Charcoal roof installed and looks so classic matching our newly painted front entry door and shutters.

We were very pleased with the roofing job from Smith Roofing. It took awhile to schedule our roofing & skylight project, however, it was well worth the wait. They completed the tear-off and new shingles within 4 hours. Their cleanup effort was very thorough. I climbed up on the roof later to inspect and was impressed with their craftmanship and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Smith Roofing to others.

Smith Roofing replaced my roof last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their pricing was fair and their communication excellent — they explained every step of the process clearly and kept me updated throughout.

When they removed the old roof, they discovered a rotted board underneath. Even though the contract stated that replacing any rotten boards would add extra cost, they went ahead and replaced it at no charge, which really showed their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right. That level of honesty and care is rare and greatly appreciated.

They also replaced my gutters and downspouts, and the work was very neat, precise, and cleanly finished. On top of that, they were extremely considerate and accommodating — they even agreed to place the dumpster away from the main driveway area for my convenience, even though it meant extra work for them carrying the old shingles farther.

The crew worked efficiently, respected my property, and did a thorough cleanup once the job was done. Everything looks fantastic, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and the customer service.

We live in Delavan WI. Nicholas came out twice to explain to me and my husband that our roof needed to be replaced sooner than later. After we gave him the deposit within 2 weeks we have our new roof. It looks great.

Smith Roofing recently completed our roof replacement. They were super-efficient, very professional, and detailed in their work. Materials were high quality; the work was organized and professionally installed. They worked around some light drizzle and did the roof in sections to avoid the potential of a heavier rain. Being extra save, they completed the work the following morning. Entire roof would have been replaced in one day.
Nicholas was on site the entire time to ensure a quality job.
The crew cleaned up the house and yard completely. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to refer them to friends or family.

Nick and his crew were so professional. They left my yard looking better than when they came! And the roof is impeccable. I hired this crew after another roofer really messed up the job and he was able to come and repair the problem of another company...and did so without making the process painful!

I called Smith Roofing in an emergency, I had a hole the size of a chimney in my roof and could not repair it myself. I talked with Nick at 11:40AM and explained my situation. They bent their schedule around and were at my house by 4:00PM THE SAME DAY and did a fantastic job! You can't get any better than that.
