About a month ago we noticed a tiny trail of water inside one of our upstairs bedrooms. We contacted Smith Roofing (highly recommended by local community members) and had them come out to inspect what we anticipated was a leak starting near our chimney. Every step from initial call to completion was top notch. Deb was easy to get information from. Chris was professional and quick in his assessment. The crew was efficient, kept a clean work area and had it all wrapped up same day. We are beyond thrilled with this entire experience.

Dealing with Nicholas was a pleasure compared to the MANY other roofing companies I called for quotes and service. I had one company quote a price more than DOUBLE what was quoted by Smith Roofing. The crew Smith Roofing sent out to perform the roof replacement was completed within the day. I would definitely work with Smith Roofing again.

We needed to replace the roof on our barn and contracted with Smith Roofing to replace the damaged T-Lock shingles with metal roofing. Matt was very personable and extremely responsive to messages. His entire crew came out and had our barn roof done in two days. Everyone was very professional. Our roof looks great! We can’t say enough good things about Smith Roofing. We will definitely contact them for any future roofing needs!

Small roof job for Matt, his dad & crew, but wow huge improvement for me. Rubber roof & flashing over dated aluminum modular addition on the back of my historical house (1908) + Juliet balcony; added replacement glass skylights (old ones were plexiglass with plexi covers). Big improvement; so quiet when it rains & much better light. Also real gutter. Amazing improvement, thank you truly !!

I had a major leak in my salon roof, Razors Edge in Sharon WI, and Nicolas was quick to get there, remove the flat roof and replace with new wood and rubber. A few months later I had him back to do the gable side in metal with lots of new wood. There was an issue after he was done and he was quick to back and resolve it. So pleased with the quality and knowing that it will last for years to come! Look forward to using Smith Roofing for future projects

Matt and his team replaced our roof before selling our house this fall. He came out to meet with us about our project and was able to work around some time constraints we had. Matt is very upfront and professional. His team also did a great job on the roof. Would definitely recommend them for any roof project!

Nicholas and his crew were amazing. Got our new roof in Burlington in Shiloh Hills. The roofers were very efficient and were done by noon on a Saturday. The job site was cleaned up and was in the same shape when they started. Hard working men that had our new Charcoal roof installed and looks so classic matching our newly painted front entry door and shutters.

We were very pleased with the roofing job from Smith Roofing. It took awhile to schedule our roofing & skylight project, however, it was well worth the wait. They completed the tear-off and new shingles within 4 hours. Their cleanup effort was very thorough. I climbed up on the roof later to inspect and was impressed with their craftmanship and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Smith Roofing to others.

Smith Roofing replaced my roof last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their pricing was fair and their communication excellent — they explained every step of the process clearly and kept me updated throughout.

When they removed the old roof, they discovered a rotted board underneath. Even though the contract stated that replacing any rotten boards would add extra cost, they went ahead and replaced it at no charge, which really showed their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right. That level of honesty and care is rare and greatly appreciated.

They also replaced my gutters and downspouts, and the work was very neat, precise, and cleanly finished. On top of that, they were extremely considerate and accommodating — they even agreed to place the dumpster away from the main driveway area for my convenience, even though it meant extra work for them carrying the old shingles farther.

The crew worked efficiently, respected my property, and did a thorough cleanup once the job was done. Everything looks fantastic, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and the customer service.

We live in Delavan WI. Nicholas came out twice to explain to me and my husband that our roof needed to be replaced sooner than later. After we gave him the deposit within 2 weeks we have our new roof. It looks great.

Smith Roofing recently completed our roof replacement. They were super-efficient, very professional, and detailed in their work. Materials were high quality; the work was organized and professionally installed. They worked around some light drizzle and did the roof in sections to avoid the potential of a heavier rain. Being extra save, they completed the work the following morning. Entire roof would have been replaced in one day.
Nicholas was on site the entire time to ensure a quality job.
The crew cleaned up the house and yard completely. I would not hesitate to hire them again or to refer them to friends or family.
