We had a great experience with high-quality installation and great cleanup. We would hardly recommend This scene.
Very fast and professional. We did have some nails left behind that we used a magnet to pick up, but relative to the size of the project we only had about a half a cup of coffee worth.

After the hail storms earlier this year we realized we needed a new roof like many others. We interviewed 4 companies, We picked Smith Roofing! Why? Because Chris answered honestly to every question I asked. Even to the point of detail in warranty. Dawn ensured that we stayed informed regarding our delivery. Once the crew showed up you can tell they had great teamwork and very thorough within 4 hours all was completed. They are a great cohesive team as a whole. Very reasonable priced

The team from Smith Roofing was skilled and professional, cleanup was great, and they were careful around my landscaping. Best of all was their flexibility; my electrician needed access to a certain part of the roof for a couple of hours, so the Smith Roofing team started there (removing shingles and particle board), moved to another part of my roof, and then finished when the electrician was done. They didn’t have to adjust their work just to save me money elsewhere, but they did it without thinking twice. Good folks to work with all around.

I would highly recommend Smith Roofing, people were very nice and professional, the price was very reasonable and they left my place looking like they had never been there. The crew is very efficient, the roof was done faster than I would have thought.

Great crew who showed up on time and got right to work removing the old shingles! I appreciate that my bushes and flowers were covered for protection. The new roof was completed by 1pm with excellent cleanup!

Smith roofing and exteriors has great communication and they are so timely! We had a piece of siding come down very high up on our house. Logan came out to do the repair the very next day after I contacted Smith roofing. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on my house. It was well worth the service provided!

Matt and his team were superb. I had hail damage to my roof and Smith roofing came recommended through a friend as honest and dependable. I met with Chris, from Smith’s Roofing, for an estimate in late March. The meeting was casual, yet professional. Chris was not pushy, but was very thorough. Scheduling the project with Dawn was smooth and communication with her throughout the project was timely and helpful.
The crew was scheduled to begin work first thing in the morning and expected to be done before noon. They arrived at 7AM and the project was completed by 10:00. It was a large crew that day and everyone had their assignments, which they carried out efficiently. I was impressed how everyone worked together, yet independently. From laying out tarps for catching debris, tearing off the old shingles, applying roof edging, creating new ridge vent openings, replacing bad OSB, laying down the new shingles and cleanup, everyone knew what they needed to do. Crew chief Aiden was there to provide direction or assistance when needed and to answer any questions I had. Everything worked like a well-oiled machine.
When looking for a roofer, I looked at online reviews and asked friends. Everything I read or was told about Snith’s was positive. I narrowed my selection of roofers down to two companies, Smith’s and a company from Madison. My decision to go with Smith’s was threefold; significantly lower cost, low-pressure sales, AND they are local! Like my friends who have used Smith’s, I highly encourage people to consider using Smith’s for their roofing needs.

Smith Roofing was excellent to work with! The whole experience was better than I could have expected. I shopped around for roofing rates (as I would still encourage anyone to do) and Smith Roofing, not only came in at the most affordable, they also gave off the friendliest vibes. I believe it was one of the owners that came to do the initial estimate and he clearly was very knowledgeable about the process and any questions I had. Dawn was superb with her communication and answering any questions regarding scheduling. Lastly, their crew was quick and professional. Their team covered any sturdy enough plants, completed the job in a day, and were spectacular about working clean. Afterwords, I didn’t find any roofing scraps or nails anywhere. 10/10. Matt responded to our questions in real time. He stayed within the estimate. He coordinated well with us and his team. We will be using his services for our siding. Really appreciated that he was down to earth and not a "salesman" like the first roofing company we received an estimate from.
Update 5 years later, no leaks in the basement anymore. Looks great.
I needed proof of roof replacement for home insurance and they were so helpful. I couldn't find my receipt but they provided verbal proof they did they work.

Office got back to me right away to gather more information and get me set up with an estimator that ended up being Chris. Chris was awesome, excellent customer service and I got an estimate on the spot for gutter replacement for a damaged gutter. He went above and beyond and did a temporary fix for a small part of the fascia to prevent bigger problems until the work could get done! I signed the estimate on the spot because of how Smith Roofing have handled everything from start to finish. Highly recommend.

We needed a full metal roof replacement and new insulation on our 30' x 50' shed. The team was worked very fast and the job looks great. A representative from the metal roof manufacturer was even on-site.

Smith roofing did an amazing job! We have a small ruled roof over part of our home and they were able to replace it with a full sheet of rubber roofing. This gives me huge piece of mind, knowing that there's no seams and that we should not have any leaks in the future. They did an amazing job, very quick and the cleanup was excellent. Would highly recommend

The roofing crew did a wonderful job. They prepped around the house with tarps. After the job was finished they went over the area around the house with magnets to pick up any wayward nails. I am very pleased with the entire experience and the beautiful new roof.
