Nicholas of Smith Roofing and Exteriors of Lake Geneva and his team did an awesome job for us at our home in Beloit after a hail storm. He explained the process with filing with insurance to the completion of the work. Great communicator and easy to get a hold of. Thanks again Nicholas and a shout out to Shane as well!

Smith Roofing responded promptly when we found ourselves in a natural disaster emergency situation. They temporarily secured our roof within hours, helped us immensely with insurance claim negotiations, and replaced our roof and gutters in a timely manner. Matt made several house visits to make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the decisions that were being made. The office did a great job keeping us up to date at every step of the project and patiently answering our never ending questions. Our property was left in a very clean condition after the roof replacement.
We felt confident in their hands while navigating a very stressful situation.

I had an exceptional experience working with Smith Roofing. They replaced my roof and installed new siding. The house looks fabulous--exactly what I wanted. Logan was extremely responsive, friendly and professional to work with. The crews worked long hours to complete the projects to the highest standards, and they finished as quickly as possible. They were detailed in their clean up upon completion. I could not be more pleased and would not hesitate to work with them again in the future.

Nicholas is a man of his word. When he says he will take care of any problem that comes up, he means it. His word is his bond, which is sadly rare nowadays. When we had a problem after the roof installation, we were not given a run around, but a quick remedy that completely cleared things up and made the situation even better than before the roof installation. This shows integrity and pride in the work his crew does and that his guarantee of their work is real.

If I could add more stars I would. The work smith roofing completed was on time and done correctly and swiftly. The front office has amazing response times Dawn was very awesome through my whole experience!
I am very pleased with my new roof for my home and detached garage. In addition they replaced an old skylight with a better unit. Excellent quality and service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their homes. Keep up the great work! 😊

We greatly appreciated the quick response and repairs to our soffit at a time when everyone in our area had damage from a widespread wind storm! Other companies ignored our request for help.

Start to finish, the hardest working contractor I have ever used. Incredibly conscientious, great attention to detail, perfect teamwork, clean and organized.
I have never replaced a roof before; Nicholas and his team were awesome to work with. He gave me comfort and confidence, Total pro!

Very fast and professional. We did have some nails left behind that we used a magnet to pick up, but relative to the size of the project we only had about a half a cup of coffee worth.

Great one day roof job. The cleanup after the roof was completed was like they were never here. If anyone in Delavan needs a new roof don’t hesitate to call them.

After the hail storms earlier this year we realized we needed a new roof like many others. We interviewed 4 companies, We picked Smith Roofing! Why? Because Chris answered honestly to every question I asked. Even to the point of detail in warranty. Dawn ensured that we stayed informed regarding our delivery. Once the crew showed up you can tell they had great teamwork and very thorough within 4 hours all was completed. They are a great cohesive team as a whole. Very reasonable priced

The team from Smith Roofing was skilled and professional, cleanup was great, and they were careful around my landscaping. Best of all was their flexibility; my electrician needed access to a certain part of the roof for a couple of hours, so the Smith Roofing team started there (removing shingles and particle board), moved to another part of my roof, and then finished when the electrician was done. They didn’t have to adjust their work just to save me money elsewhere, but they did it without thinking twice. Good folks to work with all around.

I would highly recommend Smith Roofing, people were very nice and professional, the price was very reasonable and they left my place looking like they had never been there. The crew is very efficient, the roof was done faster than I would have thought.

Great crew who showed up on time and got right to work removing the old shingles! I appreciate that my bushes and flowers were covered for protection. The new roof was completed by 1pm with excellent cleanup!

Last Year We Had 3 inch hail , needed new siding , gutters and accessories' , roof replacement ! Siding company changed All their Colors ! Got Everything done But siding . Called and explained our situation to Nicholas He was Very understanding and willing to help get it Done ! Due to Change the hole House had to be resided and put on the Market for Sale on Lake Koshkonong . Smith Roofing and Exteriors and Their Siding Crew Did an Exceptional Job !!! Worked us in and Did it all very Quickly , Great Clean up as Well . I Was a Commercial and Residential Rough and Trim Carpenter All My Life , His Siding Crew and Nick are Amazing, and I Would Recommend Them to Anyone ! Great Job ,Well Done ! Thanks Guys .... Smith roofing and exteriors has great communication and they are so timely! We had a piece of siding come down very high up on our house. Logan came out to do the repair the very next day after I contacted Smith roofing. He is very knowledgeable and educated me on my house. It was well worth the service provided!
