Smith Roofing was great to work with for our roof replacement and siding upgrades! Nick was awesome at helping us understand which products would work best for the look and quality we wanted. The installation crews were on time, very professional and did great work. Since completion we’ve received a ton of compliments from our neighbors. The best part is that the pricing was very fair. We had quotes from other companies and Smith Roofing gave us the best overall value. I would absolutely work with them again and highly recommend!

Smith Roofing and Exteriors LLC is money well worth spending. All employees, (in office and on site) are very informative and courteous. They answer every question and explain in detail what to expect. The team worked so fast, we thought they would be here most of the day, but to our surprise they were done in two and a half hours. They left our property clean and debris free. I would highly recommend Smith Roofing to everyone I know.

Had a leak, Chris came and fixed it in literally in 5 minutes. Showed me pictures of the problem. Super friendly and efficient and showed up early.

Working with Nicholas and Shane has been an amazing experience from start to finish. When I reached out to them for a quote, they responded almost immediately where others took weeks. They came out to my house the SAME day and inspected my roof. I was provided a quote with multiple options that were easy to understand. Pricing was more than reasonable, and they even offered to provide extra services that we were not expecting but happily accepted. Their efficiency is mind blowing to say the least. They arrived at our house by 7 am and spent the whole day working safely and efficiently to get our roof done same day, even with unexpected difficulties where they had to completely replace all of our wood decking underneath the old shingles. Would recommend to anyone local that needs a new roof, repairs, or even just a quote!

I had a leak in my roof and couldn’t figure out where the water was coming from. I contacted Smith Roofing and was really impressed from the start. The gentleman who came out was very nice, friendly and professional. He even text before arriving which I really appreciated. He was able to find the problem and the company came back within the week to fix it. You don’t see that kind of customer service very often! Everyone I dealt with was friendly, polite, and professional, and they did a great job. I would definitely recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs work done. It was such a positive experience.

exactly on time, went about his business, and even swept leaves away from in back of the chimney and off the small flat roof. Now, THAT is service! The BEST of all? Chris was honest: "Your roof is still in good condition; no hail damage." KUDOS to Chris.

We contacted Smith Roofing to inspect our chimney area for a suspected leak in the seal. I filled out the form on their website, and they responded to my inquiry by the very next day. Their estimator, Chris, then called to schedule an appointment to assess the issue. Chris was prompt, thorough, and professional throughout the inspection. He quickly identified the problem and was able to fix it right away with new sealant. We truly appreciated how promptly Smith Roofing addressed our concern and were very impressed with their communication, professionalism, and quality of service. We will definitely be calling Smith Roofing in the future when it’s time to replace our entire roof!

Nicholas of Smith Roofing and Exteriors of Lake Geneva and his team did an awesome job for us at our home in Beloit after a hail storm. He explained the process with filing with insurance to the completion of the work. Great communicator and easy to get a hold of. Thanks again Nicholas and a shout out to Shane as well!

Smith Roofing responded promptly when we found ourselves in a natural disaster emergency situation. They temporarily secured our roof within hours, helped us immensely with insurance claim negotiations, and replaced our roof and gutters in a timely manner. Matt made several house visits to make sure we were well informed and comfortable with the decisions that were being made. The office did a great job keeping us up to date at every step of the project and patiently answering our never ending questions. Our property was left in a very clean condition after the roof replacement.
We felt confident in their hands while navigating a very stressful situation.

I had an exceptional experience working with Smith Roofing. They replaced my roof and installed new siding. The house looks fabulous--exactly what I wanted. Nicholas is a man of his word. When he says he will take care of any problem that comes up, he means it. His word is his bond, which is sadly rare nowadays. When we had a problem after the roof installation, we were not given a run around, but a quick remedy that completely cleared things up and made the situation even better than before the roof installation. This shows integrity and pride in the work his crew does and that his guarantee of their work is real.

I am very pleased with my new roof for my home and detached garage. In addition they replaced an old skylight with a better unit. Excellent quality and service. I would recommend them to anyone who wants to improve their homes. Keep up the great work! 😊

We greatly appreciated the quick response and repairs to our soffit at a time when everyone in our area had damage from a widespread wind storm! Other companies ignored our request for help.
