Nicholas and his crew were amazing. Got our new roof in Burlington in Shiloh Hills. The roofers were very efficient and were done by noon on a Saturday. The job site was cleaned up and was in the same shape when they started. Hard working men that had our new Charcoal roof installed and looks so classic matching our newly painted front entry door and shutters.
Matt and his crew did a fantastic job replacing our roof and gutters that were damaged by a hail storm. They will be the first business we call whenever we need exterior work done. Thanks Matt!

We were very pleased with the roofing job from Smith Roofing. It took awhile to schedule our roofing & skylight project, however, it was well worth the wait. They completed the tear-off and new shingles within 4 hours. Their cleanup effort was very thorough. I climbed up on the roof later to inspect and was impressed with their craftmanship and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend Smith Roofing to others.

Smith Roofing replaced my roof last week, and I couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, their pricing was fair and their communication excellent — they explained every step of the process clearly and kept me updated throughout.
When they removed the old roof, they discovered a rotted board underneath. Even though the contract stated that replacing any rotten boards would add extra cost, they went ahead and replaced it at no charge, which really showed their professionalism, integrity, and commitment to doing the job right. That level of honesty and care is rare and greatly appreciated.
They also replaced my gutters and downspouts, and the work was very neat, precise, and cleanly finished. On top of that, they were extremely considerate and accommodating — they even agreed to place the dumpster away from the main driveway area for my convenience, even though it meant extra work for them carrying the old shingles farther.
The crew worked efficiently, respected my property, and did a thorough cleanup once the job was done. Everything looks fantastic, and I’m extremely satisfied with both the workmanship and the customer service.

We live in Delavan WI. Nicholas came out twice to explain to me and my husband that our roof needed to be replaced sooner than later. After we gave him the deposit within 2 weeks we have our new roof. It looks great.

Smith Roofing recently completed our roof replacement. They were super-efficient, very professional, and detailed in their work. Materials were high quality; the work was organized and professionally installed. They worked around some light drizzle and did the roof in sections to avoid the potential of a heavier rain. Being extra save, they completed the work the following morning. Entire roof would have been replaced in one day.
Nicholas was on site the entire time to ensure a quality job.

Nick and his crew were so professional. They left my yard looking better than when they came! And the roof is impeccable. I hired this crew after another roofer really messed up the job and he was able to come and repair the problem of another company...and did so without making the process painful!

I called Smith Roofing in an emergency, I had a hole the size of a chimney in my roof and could not repair it myself. I talked with Nick at 11:40AM and explained my situation. They bent their schedule around and were at my house by 4:00PM THE SAME DAY and did a fantastic job! You can't get any better than that.

Great service, very friendly and accommodating. I work from home and they worked around my schedule. They even found purple shingles that match my house! I didn’t even know that was an option. I will be using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Great experience getting a new roof and siding. We only replaced one hail damaged side of siding and they were able to match the new siding to our existing siding color perfectly. Job was done in a day and the roof looks great.

Matt was very prompt and forth coming with the entire process. The phone number you get is his personal number and he responds to messages extremely quickly. Our roof and siding were damaged in the hail storm in May, Matt came out, met with us, and walked us through what the process would look like, from insurance claims and adjustors, possible complications, and timelines for repairs. Each step of the process went exactly how he described in exactly the timeframe he explained. It was very comforting that he was so forthcoming.

Professional and fast. Cleaned up perfectly when the job was finished. Also very friendly. They replaced the roof on our house a couple years ago and did a great job. That's why I contacted them again when the garage needed a new roof.

When looking for roofers, we contacted 4 different companies to give their quotes. All did a pretty good job, but Smith Roofing and Exteriors were the one we chose.
The owner Matt came and listened to what we were concerned about and talked to us, no pressure, just talked. We were never asked who else was on our list or what was discussed with these businesses. Smith Roofing offered everything on our list where the other roofers only normally did some of the items.
This company did a wonderful job, we are so happy to have the roof done, and it looks great. They hid nothing, were honest and worked their tails off. They showed true professionalism, knowledge and answered any questions without hesitation. I would suggest this company to anyone if asked.
