Terms & Conditions

Smith Roofing And Exteriors LLC SMS Program

Our SMS program provides estimate responses, appointment scheduling and reminders, and project updates. Subscribers who separately request promotional texts may also receive roofing and exterior service offers, discounts, and promotions.

Your Consent

You select service texts, promotional texts, or both through our website forms or chat widget. Each permission is separate and optional. Consent to marketing texts is not a condition of purchase. Entering your phone number or subscribing to email alone does not authorize promotional texts.

Frequency and Messaging Costs

Message frequency varies based on your requests, projects, and selected subscriptions. Message and data rates may apply to incoming and outgoing texts. Your wireless provider can answer questions about your plan’s charges.

Canceling and Rejoining

To cancel, reply STOP to a message received from our SMS program. We will send a final confirmation of your unsubscribe request and discontinue further program texts.

To subscribe again, return to our website and complete the SMS opt-in process for the messages you wish to receive.

Assistance

For help with our SMS program, reply HELP to a message you receive from us. You may also email smithroofingexteriors@gmail.com or call 608-577-6501.

Carrier Responsibility

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information, including mobile information and SMS consent records.
